Boxercise classes are held in Langley at St MAries Church hall. Boxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
The 60min Boxercise class uses the entire body. Cardiovascularly you burn more calories in an hour than using a stairclimber. Boxercise can help ensure a diverse workout, improve hand-eye co-ordination, reduce stress, tone and strengthen the body.
The class starts with a boxing style warm-up to get you ready for action. Each Boxercise class is different each week so you might be learning different punches and combinations or doing a circuit including pad work, skipping and more. The class finishes with cool down and stretch.
