Mums2Be is a specialised pregnancy exercise class based in Slough. Mums2Be has been running for over 4 years with a highly experienced and qualified instructor in antenatal and postnatal exercise. Mums2be helps pregnant women feel safe and confident whilest exercising during pregnancy.  Mums2Be aims to help strengthen and maintain the body during pregnancy.
 
Mums2Be pregnancy exercise class starts with a warm-up which gently increases circulation including mobilization exercises and stretches.  The main section of mums2be consists of a variety of exercises suitable during pregnancy to improve posture, strengthen the core muscles (abdominals/lower back) and maintain fitness.  There are breaks in-between the exercises and plenty of time to rest if you need a break. There is then a cool down and stretch followed by pelvic floor and relaxation exercises. Mums2be can enable you to keep active during your pregnancy.
