A 45 minute ladies only exercise class for all abilities based in Langley, Slough – from those totally new to exercise or who haven’t exercised for a while maybe due to pregnancy or for the experience exerciser.
This exercise class is circuit based which makes it easily adaptable for all abilities and as you improve. You will be feeling fitter before you know it! The exercises aim to help improve posture, tone the wobbly bits and improve fitness. Exercises include ones which help strengthen the stomach muscles and lower back therefore improving core stability.
The class has a late start so little ones can be in bed.If you want a fun class without the cost or commitment of a gym membership get in contact. The class runs every Monday at St Francis Church Hall in Langley, Slough.
