Yummy Mummies and Baby Circuit - Postnatal Exercise (Datchet, Slough)

This is a postnatal exercise class in Datchet, Berkshire and new babies are welcome!  The class focuses on the area's which concern postnatal women the most:

  • Exercises to strengthen and flatten the tummy.
  • Exercises to improve posture to reduce neck and lower back pain.
  • Cardiovascular exercise to improve fitness and help with losing the baby weight
  • Pelvic floor exercises to help strengthen and condition them.

Having a new baby is tiring and demanding for new mums.  In yummy mummies you work to your own level, all the exercises are easily adaptable so if you never exercised or feeling tired there are easy options of each exercise and vice verse if you want a harder option that is available if suitable.  


Babies are welcome so you can keep your new arrival close by and don't have to waste money on expensive child care. Everyone is in the same situation and sometimes they cry but quite often they just fall asleep.  It can be hard work watching mummy exercise!

Tea, coffee and soft drinks are available down stairs and places to sit and have a chat with other mums after the class.
