It is 60 minute class, which aims to help strengthen and maintain the body during pregnancy. It is designed for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Yummy Mummies and babies circuit class is currently running in Datchet on Thursday mornings. An 60 minute circuit class consisting of a variety of exercises to help tone and strengthen the body following pregnancy. New babies are welcome! Click here for more info.
