Mums2Be

It is 60 minute class, which aims to help strengthen and maintain the body during pregnancy.  It is designed for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.  The class includes gentle cardiovascular exercise, strengthening exercise for the core muscles, pelvic floor work and relaxation at the end. Yummy Mummies & Baby Circuit

Yummy Mummies and babies circuit class is currently running in Datchet  on Thursday mornings.  An 60 minute circuit class consisting of a variety of exercises to help tone and strengthen the body following pregnancy. New babies are welcome! Click here for more info.

Tone 4 Ladies:

This is a 45 minute class with a late start so little one can be in bed. This class is for ladies of all abilities who wish to tone up, improve fitness and lose weight.  You will be feeling fitter before you know it! Click here for more info.
