One2One Postnatal Training Sessions
After pregnancy new mums want to return to pre pregnancy shape as fast as possible. Simple-Changes helps mums to do this safely and effectively. Basic core strength is established and then more intense exercise can be added to help burn calories and burn baby weight. Sessions are tailored to each individual and can be changed as needed eg reducing intensity if there has been a tough night or vice versa.
As a mum to a busy 2 year old and working with postnatal women for over 10years I fully understand the challenges for new mums starting exercise in this challenging period of their life. Sessions with me will help you feel great, improve your self confidence and strengthen you body to reduce any aches and pains you are suffering following pregnancy and caring for a new baby. Getting back in shape is important too - we all want to look like yummy mummies. I help you achieve this safely and effectively. I can help improve a range of conditions such as lower/upper back ache, separation of the abdominals & weak pelvic floor. Exercises can be adapted if you a breast feeding or if your joints are still more flexible from pregnancy.
Sessions can be booked 30, 45 or 60 minute slots depending on what works for you.
