Personal Training

"I have been having so many session with Natasha that I have stopped counting... she is a great trainer, keeps you motivated, and gives you encouragement and guidance all the time. I have lost weight, gained energy and feel really good about myself. Thank you Natasha. Natasha is very fixable with fitting into your daily routine; she is punctual and very approachable about any issues you may want to discuss about health and fitness. Natasha has given me the confidence to go jogging nearly everyday... something I dreaded and also she made it easier to understand healthy eating habits."  Dee, Langley May 2010

"Following major surgery Natasha created a personalised routine, focusing on core stability. The exercises are simple and effective. I would highly recommend anyone who has any kind of injury, post operation or rehabilitation to use Simple Changes. Natasha has given me confidence to work out and become motivated by exercise."
Suzi, Slough, March 2010

"I have been having personal training sessions with Natasha on and off for about a year now. I have to stay in shape for my job and she has helped me to do just that! She has also helped me look at my appearance in a more positive light and gain a lot more self confidence. I am self employed so my work schedule is all over the place Natasha does her up most to keep up with me and is extremely accommodating with session times... Thanks Natasha :)"

"I started having Personal Training with Simple-Changes (Natasha) at the end of July this year. Since then I have noticed a significant difference in my blood pressure which has gone from being High and is now normal, lost weight and toned up. Natasha has really motivated me during the sessions and has varied the sessions so I have done things that I never thought I would ever be able to achieve and are not repetitive unlike some classes I have been to so is constantly challenging.

Natasha has been very flexible and fitted in my sessions while my toddler has been having a afternoon nap which has been a godsend to me as I would of never been able to do it otherwise.

I can't thank Natasha enough for her help as I have so much more energy and feel so much better its changed my lifestyle completely but everything has been done slowly so has not been a massive shock where I feel like I am on a strict diet which would be unachievable, I eat more than I did before but now thanks to Natasha's nutritional advice I know where I was going wrong before and learnt a lot about what I should be doing to get a balanced and varied diet. Natasha always says to me I should never be hungry and I am sure that’s why I have kept the weight off as I am never hungry unlike some of the diets I have paid into and have always put the weight back on. I really can't thank Natasha enough."

Boxercise:

I wasn't sure if I would take to boxercise but having attended Natasha's Tone 4 Ladies class for sometime when she introduced boxercise I thought I would give it a go. I was reassured to find that it wasn't 'fighting' it was simply a different way to exercise. By varying which participant punches and which hold the pads and by using different punches both upper and lower body are worked, other elements are included to give a cardio work out too. Natasha is very careful to ensure we all stand and punch correctly and safely and I have been surprised by how much I enjoy the class. The classes are very friendly, you can work at your own pace and I have noticed an improvement in my strength and stamina through attending Natasha's classes.

Mums2Be:

'I joined the Simple Changes exercise classes 16 weeks into my pregnancy and I can honestly say it was a wise decision – I’m certain that my work with Natasha truly helped me get through pregnancy and labour far more easily than if I’d sat idle!
Natasha’s knowledge and expertise in training pregnant women was very re-assuring. She explained each exercise routine in-depth; provided simple exercises that could be done every day at home; and provided a great deal of motivation and encouragement to get through pregnancy.

I attended the Simple Changes classes until I was 36 weeks pregnant, and even then Natasha didn’t let me leave without providing me with some excellent advice that would help me get my stomach muscles back into some short of shape straight after giving birth to my baby girl...
As it transpired, my labour was 14 hours long and exhausting, but my preparation through the Simple Changes classes helped keep my body strong and capable enough to get me through such stress.  The weeks after the birth with a newborn are very demanding, but my body has healed at tremendous pace, all of which I attribute to keeping myself fit and active during pregnancy.

Another benefit of attending Simple Changes exercise classes is that I got to know other Mums-to-be.  I have made some great friends for life.

Oh, and Natasha’s advice on tightening my tummy muscles straight after the birth has certainly paid off: I was back into my size 10 skinny jeans only a week after giving birth!'

" I thoroughly recommend the mums2b circuit training class, initially I found the word "circuit training" to be daunting as I was not up for the type of circuit training that I had done before was high impact and very strenuous.  However mums2be starts with a gentle warm-up and stretching and the exercises are all specifically tailored to build up strength and stamina in the muscles to support pregnancy. Also the cool down at the end of the class includes essential pelvic floor exercises.

I started the mums2b classes when I was 21 weeks pregnant.  It was great to start before my bump got in the way or became so large that it was excuse for me not exercising. Once in the habit of exercising it is easier to keep going especially when you can see improvements from week to week. I found that after the initial couple of sessions my fitness level improved. I especially found the lunges, squats and push-ups very demanding but as time went on these became easier.

During my classes myself and a friend had a couple of pregnancy related issues (for example severe night cramps and adapting exercises as required from my history of back problems). Natasha found out information for us and helped us to address and where required adapted exercises to suit our needs. This additional support was very valuable and I felt that Natasha look a personal interest in ensuring that we were doing OK.

The class also helped my body confidence and I felt that I had sufficient level of fitness to cope well with the birth of my baby who was born on her due date at a healthy 7lb 3oz with no complications. Since the birth I also really value the level of fitness I gained during pregnancy which has helped me after the birth. Without sounding like bragging, within the first month after giving birth I did not look like I had been pregnant! But I fully realise the need to regain the muscle tone I had, especially my weakened stomach muscles as I am now having to lift up and carry my 10lb baby and she is getting heavier with each feed! I am really looking forward to starting Natasha's post-natal classes as soon as my Dr has given me the go ahead after my 6 week check-up."

"This class is a great way to meet other local mums to be, and have a giggle, as well as keeping active throughout your pregnancy - a time when you need all your stamina.
I found it a positive experience and felt good for taking part every week. Each exercise had a gentler or more challenging option, depending on your ability and the stage of your pregnancy. The exercises collectively, focused on a good all over body conditioning, and also taught us about good posture, which was really important when carrying such a heavy front load! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to keep fit, have an active pregnancy and have fun at the same time.
I believe that exercising under the correct guidance in this way, contributed to a smoother and happier pregnancy, where I had fewer of the complaints such as backache, fatigue and breathlessness."

Yummy Mummies and Baby Circuit

"The Yummy Mummies circuit has really helped me regain my fitness after giving birth. Natasha is a very good at tailoring the exercises to each person’s level and needs. It is also great mood booster to exercise with other mothers alongside their babies. My baby has been entertained by watching me and it gave me an hour of switch-off to focus on my fitness.  I am now able to do more repetitions than before the birth as I no longer have the extra weight! The arm strengthening has really helped me to carry my baby around to get in and out of chairs/bed or lift her onto the changing mat as well as to carry her in the extra weight of the car seat.  I would recommend the classes to anyone and would say that the sooner you start the better, but it is not too late if your baby wants to roll around as you can place them on a mat during the class."
