Personal Training
"I have been having so many session with Natasha that I have stopped counting... she is a great trainer, keeps you motivated, and gives you encouragement and guidance all the time. I have lost weight, gained energy and feel really good about myself. Thank you Natasha. Natasha is very fixable with fitting into your daily routine; she is punctual and very approachable about any issues you may want to discuss about health and fitness. Natasha has given me the confidence to go jogging nearly everyday... something I dreaded and also she made it easier to understand healthy eating habits."

"Following major surgery Natasha created a personalised routine, focusing on core stability. The exercises are simple and effective. I would highly recommend anyone who has any kind of injury, post operation or rehabilitation to use Simple Changes. Natasha has given me confidence to work out and become motivated by exercise."

"I have been having personal training sessions with Natasha on and off for about a year now. I have to stay in shape for my job and she has helped me to do just that! She has also helped me look at my appearance in a more positive light and gain a lot more self confidence. I am self employed so my work schedule is all over the place Natasha does her up most to keep up with me and is extremely accommodating with session times... Thanks Natasha :)"

"I started having Personal Training with Simple-Changes (Natasha) at the end of July this year. Since then I have noticed a significant difference in my blood pressure which has gone from being High and is now normal, lost weight and toned up. Natasha has really motivated me during the sessions and has varied the sessions so I have done things that I never thought I would ever be able to achieve and are not repetitive unlike some classes I have been to so is constantly challenging.
Natasha has been very flexible and fitted in my sessions while my toddler has been having a afternoon nap which has been a godsend to me as I would of never been able to do it otherwise.
I can't thank Natasha enough for her help as I have so much more energy and feel so much better its changed my lifestyle completely but everything has been done slowly so has not been a massive shock where I feel like I am on a strict diet which would be unachievable, I eat more than I did before but now thanks to Natasha's nutritional advice I know where I was going wrong before and learnt a lot about what I should be doing to get a balanced and varied diet. Natasha always says to me I should never be hungry and I am sure that’s why I have kept the weight off as I am never hungry unlike some of the diets I have paid into and have always put the weight back on. I really can't thank Natasha enough."

Mums2Be:
" I thoroughly recommend the mums2b circuit training class, initially I found the word "circuit training" to be daunting as I was not up for the type of circuit training that I had done before was high impact and very strenuous. However mums2be starts with a gentle warm-up and stretching and the exercises are all specifically tailored to build up strength and stamina in the muscles to support pregnancy. Also the cool down at the end of the class includes essential pelvic floor exercises.
I started the mums2b classes when I was 21 weeks pregnant. It was great to start before my bump got in the way or became so large that it was excuse for me not exercising. Once in the habit of exercising it is easier to keep going especially when you can see improvements from week to week. I found that after the initial couple of sessions my fitness level improved. I especially found the lunges, squats and push-ups very demanding but as time went on these became easier.
During my classes myself and a friend had a couple of pregnancy related issues (for example severe night cramps and adapting exercises as required from my history of back problems). Natasha found out information for us and helped us to address and where required adapted exercises to suit our needs. This additional support was very valuable and I felt that Natasha look a personal interest in ensuring that we were doing OK.
The class also helped my body confidence and I felt that I had sufficient level of fitness to cope well with the birth of my baby who was born on her due date at a healthy 7lb 3oz with no complications. Since the birth I also really value the level of fitness I gained during pregnancy which has helped me after the birth. Without sounding like bragging, within the first month after giving birth I did not look like I had been pregnant! But I fully realise the need to regain the muscle tone I had, especially my weakened stomach muscles as I am now having to lift up and carry my 10lb baby and she is getting heavier with each feed! I am really looking forward to starting Natasha's post-natal classes as soon as my Dr has given me the go ahead after my 6 week check-up."

Yummy Mummies and Baby Circuit
"The Yummy Mummies circuit has really helped me regain my fitness after giving birth. Natasha is a very good at tailoring the exercises to each person’s level and needs. It is also great mood booster to exercise with other mothers alongside their babies. My baby has been entertained by watching me and it gave me an hour of switch-off to focus on my fitness. I am now able to do more repetitions than before the birth as I no longer have the extra weight! The arm strengthening has really helped me to carry my baby around to get in and out of chairs/bed or lift her onto the changing mat as well as to carry her in the extra weight of the car seat. I would recommend the classes to anyone and would say that the sooner you start the better, but it is not too late if your baby wants to roll around as you can place them on a mat during the class."
