stress levels and techniques to manage this, look into pelvic and bowel health, nutrition, sleep habits and more  

 

The programme deep and wide update reflects the need for ‘nervous system nourishment’,  for the need to address the ever-increasing stressors that many of the women have.

This isn’t a ONE SIZE FITS ALL, self-guided programme, you are expertly guided by me and all movements can and will be made bespoke to your needs as necessary.
