Hi, I'm Natasha and I'm passionate about women's health, helping women to live well from bump to beyond.
I have been a personal trainer/massage therapist for 20years and I'm a mum of 2 and I know how important it is to look after yourself. I am passionate about women's health and I help women improve their health, fitness, strength and mental wellbeing.
I believe every woman should be empowered to look after her own health, which has a positive effect on her well being and those around her. My approach is step by step approach, making small changes that can be maintained for the long term.
